Since its founding in 2001, the Primajasa Foundation has consistently demonstrated its commitment to education in Indonesia. Through various programs, Primajasa is committed to providing opportunities for young people to continue their education without financial barriers.
On a special occasion themed “Hope Through Education,” the event was held at Puri Ardia Gharini Halim Perdana Kusuma, Jakarta, on Tuesday, July 24, 2007, and was attended by 309 scholarship recipients from various levels of education, from elementary school, junior high school, high school, to university.
Primajasa expressed its belief that education is a long-term investment for the nation’s future. By providing broader access through scholarships, Primajasa hopes that recipients can develop, achieve their dreams, and contribute positively to society.
The event also featured guests of honor, including the Minister of Education and Culture, Prof. Dr. Bambang Sudibyo, and the Governor of Jakarta, H. Fauzi Bowo.
The presence of these two figures demonstrated the government’s support for the Primajasa Foundation’s efforts to develop a more empowered and accomplished young generation in Indonesia.
This event not only served as a scholarship award ceremony but also as an inspirational opportunity for students to continue their enthusiasm for learning. The Primajasa Foundation’s “Hope Through Education” spirit is expected to be a significant encouragement for the nation’s children to dare to dream big, because every small step today will give birth to great hopes in the future.
